About Mizell Development, Inc.
Founded in 2005 by Adam Mizell, Mizell Development, Inc. (MDI) is a leading provider of mechanical site preparation services in North Florida and South Georgia. Adam holds an A.S. in Forest Management from Lake City Community College and gained valuable experience as a forester at Jowett & Wood, Inc. before starting MDI.

Since its inception, MDI has successfully completed site preparation projects on hundreds of thousands of acres, consistently delivering high-quality, tailored services. In 2016, Adam was recognized as the Silvicultural Contractor of the Year by the Florida Forestry Association.
